Information on current situation for 2021 winter season & reservation
The days are getting shorter, started to feel the cool wind from the Three Hakuba Mountains. Autumn is here in Hakuba.
We appreciate many guests are coming to stay our hotel. Although we feel sorry for some inconvenience due to our measures to reduce the risk of the Coronavirus infection, we are really happy to hear many voices of enjoying the stay.
Regarding our business in the winter season from December 2020 to 2021, we are still guessing the best solution to that, wondering what kind of style we can take.
Adding to the Coronavirus, other infectious diseases such as seasonal influenza and norovirus will go around in winter. We must take much harder measures to secure the safety of our guests and our staffs.
We are thinking of changing styles of dinner and breakfast without changing the comfortability and safety, so that we can do our business in this winter. We want to try out all sorts of things that may be good in this tough time with the Coronavirus.
