【2021-22 Winter Reservation】/Start of Advance Booking
Dear all,
We hope you and your family are staying healthy and safe during these unusual times due to Covid-19. We are all fine here as usual, even with the quite hard time we’ve been through.
The days are getting shorter and cooler. We are now preparing to start the winter season with less occupancy by limiting the number of guest rooms to 6. We will open only 6 rooms with private onsen so that our guests can have much more relaxed time in the spacious rooms.
With all travel restrictions staying in place for the time being, it would be a shame to miss the chance to see people overseas this winter. We do look forward to seeing you again here in Hakuba when all those restrictions are lifted someday in the near future.
We are certainly accepting reservations if your trip to Hakuba is feasible. Please contact us to inquire about the availability of your desired date to book a room. International reservations are only available via email at this time and cannot be made on this website or phone. Thank you very much for your kind understanding.
